| Commercialisation by utilities |
Yes, with white label under certain conditions |
| Further advantages for utility |
Our Reduxi HEMS supports energy suppliers in the grid-friendly control of EEG and GEA systems, in the implementation of Section 14a of the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG), and in load and flexibility management. It also enables the integration of spot tariffs and energy communities and provides precise monitoring and forecasts for generation, consumption, and storage. Reduxi thus creates a valuable data basis for billing, grid optimization, and innovative tariff models—without ongoing license costs. |

Data protection and IT security
| Privacy Policy Overview | Our energy management system is structured in accordance with modern IT security and data protection standards. We comply with ISO 27001 and adhere to clear data protection guidelines in accordance with the GDPR. Data protection: All personal and energy-related data is processed for specific purposes only and is subject to strict access and deletion policies. Data security (storage & transfer): Data is stored in encrypted form (AES-256) and transmitted exclusively via secure communication channels (TLS/HTTPS, VPN, SSH). Access protection / ERM: Access to the EMS and administrative levels is role-based, with multi-factor authentication and audit logs to ensure traceability and risk management. Decentralized units: Local EMS controllers also have hardening measures (firewall, secure firmware updates, port protection) and communicate only via defined interfaces and encrypted protocols. |
